Elder Cotner
Elder Kacey Cotner has returned to the local area after serving in the Brazil-Salvador south mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Elder Cotner will speak Feb. 24 at 9 a.m. at Price 3rd LDS Ward.
He is the son of Kevin and Kayleen Cotner of Miller Creek.
