Case manager Peter Smith informs sixth grade students at Castle Heights about the possible consequences of bullying. Staff members from the youth center visted the elementary school on Monday as part of their youth services program. According to center director Kara Freeman, the program has been developed to divert children from entering the youth corrections system by using crisis intervention, service plans and outreach projects.
