Editor:
I went to one store in Price last week at 4:45 a.m. to take advantage of the sales and there were more people there than at the opening day of the state fair. There was a large surplus of the item advertised in the flyer and I bought one and left the store.
I then went over to another store at 5:35 a.m. wanting to buy a 19.2 volt drill that was on an ad in the flyer for that store. I was in the tool section by 6:04 a.m. and I saw the sale tag on the shelf at $39.99. But there were no drills there.
I asked a clerk and they told me the drills were on a roll cart at the front of the store. But when I, and several other people, arrived at the front of the store the clerk there said they didn’t have any drills there either.
We then went back to the tool section in the store and another clerk told us the drills were all sold out.
All I want to say is thanks, to that store, for having me drive 30 miles one way for that experience.
