Lieutenant Colonel Kevin R. Casey graduated the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1985. He is a U.S. Army veteran of the Gulf War, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Returned in May of 2007 from 18 months in the Middle East deployed with SOCCENT (Special Operations Command, Central Command) as a joint forces engineer.
