After reading the Sun Advocate on Oct. 10, 2007 and glancing through the district court news, I realized that I am sometimes confused with a person that appears in that section. Although the last name is spelled slightly different than mine, the public still associates me and my business with this person.
I thought it was about time that I set the record straight and clarified that this is a case of mistaken identity. I am not the person written about in that court news or am I a person that has been mentioned there in the past.
