Members of the Utah Arts Council and local volunteers join forces to rebuild Helper’s city stage. The state arts council along with local merchants provided funding for the rebuilding project. The new stage will be used for the city’s arts festival entertainment and the Helper Idol musical performances. The plans also include adding an overlook viewing area for the railroad to the stage structure.
