Workers from Rocky Mountain Power, Price city public works and representatives from Carbon-Emery Telcom oversee an open trench on Carbonville Road on Dec. 6. When Price city public works personnel began working on a water line in the area, it soon became apparent that an open trench and saturated soil was jeopardizing an adjacent utility pole. Crews from the various utility companies worked together to maintain the integrity of existing infrastructure while work on the water line was performed.
