This machine is measuring the speed of cars that are driving on 400 North near the College of Eastern Utah. The machines numeric display may be a reminder, but real radar guns are being focused around the college too, as speeders are being given citations. The area around the college is one of the busiest in town, not only because of students who go to CEU but also because Carbon High School is only a block away.
