Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Jonathan Vasquez enters the Dodge Charger he was recently issued. The agency is replacing the fleet of Ford Crown Victoria patrol cars with the Chargers. The vehicles have an eight-cylinder Hemi engine, which can run on four cylinders when extra power is not needed. The feature helps on fuel economy while providing the additional four cylinders when needed. The vehicles will allow troopers to initiate traffic stops quicker and respond faster to emergencies.
