Frank Romano Jr. was recently promoted to director architect of the state of Utah Department of Human Services office of fiscal operations of administrative support.
Romano has been an architect with the state for 16 years. He graduated from Carbon High School in 1981 and then from the College of Eastern Utah.
Then he went on to get a masters degree in architecture from the University of Utah.
