Glen Lemmon
PRICE – Our precious angel, Glen A. Lemmon, age 32, walked away from this world July 24, 2006.
He was born Dec. 4, 1973 in Price to Pat and Ginger Lemmon. From his birth Glen traveled a difficult path.
No matter the obstacle he pushed on. Inspiring everyone who knew him; with his remarkable strength, unrelenting courage, and unconditional love. Rarely do we find an individual that can change you for a lifetime simply by their presence.
Glen was blessed to have the very best aunts, uncles and cousins. They were all so good to him. But most of all Glen’s Grandpa Merrill and Grandma Betty were the best grandparents anyone could ever hope for. They took him on many, many camping trips so Glen could do his most favorite thing and that was fishing! Fishing is only one of the many things they did with Glen.
Glen had many special friends he loved to spend time at the Apple House. Glen was blessed to have the very best aids while attending Castle Valley Center. Lorene Miller who we considered her more of a second mother then just his aid. Glen loved his aides Cori Swasey, Amber Christenson, Candy Jaramillo and Michael Wood. Nicole Staker was a lifelong friend that he also loved. Jenna Davis was Glen’s girlfriend. They made the cutest couple and loved going to the prom with each other.
Glen is survived by parents, Pat and Ginger Lemmon; brothers, T.J. Lemmon, Salt Lake City; Brett Lemmon, Price; grandparents, Merrill and Betty Jones of Price; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial Mass Thursday, July 27, 10 a.m., at St. Anthony Catholic Church. Vigil service Wednesday evening, 7 p.m., at Mitchell Funeral Home. Family will be at Mitchell’s Wednesday and Thursday one hour prior to service. Committal service, Price City cemetery.
Carol Burger
SALT LAKE – We grieve the loss of Carol Jane Burger. My wife, our mother, our sister, our grandma, left us on July 25, 2006 after her fight with cancer.
She is survived by loving husband, Dan Burger; daughters, Kathy (Steve) Dobson, Sue Burger, Jenny (Rick) Setzer and Danyell Burger; grandchildren, Kassandra Dobson, Danny Dobson, Jordan Doyle, and Mathew Burger; sister, Joyce Ford; and brothers, Coy Ford, Robert Ford and Russell Ford. Jane was preceded in death by parents, Jack and Bertha Ford; in-laws, Otto and Evelyn Burger; siblings, John Leland Ford and Cora Mae Madrid.
Graveside services will be held Friday, July 28, 11 a.m. at Redwood Memorial Cemetery, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan.
Judith Reavis
SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Judith Reavis died June 27 in San Diego, Calif.
Judy was born in Durango, Colo., July 30, 1944 to Joe and Cordie Martinez. She was the sister of Kay, mother of Paul, Denise and Sonja, grandmother to Colton, Mallory, Wyatt, Oliver, Grace and Ella.
Judy liked to hike, finding peace and joy in the scenery.
Judy enjoyed conversation. She loved talking with people and learning.
She was a gifted painter. Many people commented on the creative expression and depth found in her paintings.
Later in life, her grandchildren became her pride and joy. A more loving grandmother could not be found.
She will be missed by many.
The family thanks all who offered support and kindness during the difficult time.
Services were at the Church of the Nativity in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., on July 1.
John Tucker
CLEVELAND – Our loving father, grandfather and longtime friend, John Ward Tucker passed away peacefully July 21, 2006 at the age of 90.
He was born Jan. 1, 1916 in Cleveland, to Moses and Florence Ward Tucker. On May 3, 1937 Ward married Cecilia Ruth Jensen in Price; she died April 25, 1994.
Lifelong resident of Cleveland where he enjoyed many wonderful years farming with his family.
He loved being in the outdoors, especially when he was participating in rodeos and racing horses.
He was a retired member of the United Mine Workers of America, Hiawatha Local 6363. Ward will be dearly missed by his family and a community of friends.
Survived by sons, Roy (Deloris) Tucker, Huntington; Voy (Clistie) Tucker, Moab; Deloye Tucker, Cleveland; sister, Madge Nelson, Cleveland; nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter. Preceded in death by parents; wife; son, Cloye Tucker; four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral service Tuesday, July 25, 11 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home. Interment, Cleveland city cemetery.
Gregory Fausett
PRICE – Our beloved comforter is now comforted. Gregory Edward Fausett, 50, died July 25, 2006 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born Nov. 3, 1955 in San Francisco, Calif., to Grant and Betty Shaw Fausett. Sealed for time and all eternity to Terri Godbout Oct. 6, 1978 in the Los Angeles, Calif., LDS Temple.
Greg received his Eagle Scout award at 14. He was an active member of the LDS Church where he was served in several callings over the years. He served an honorable mission in the Washington, D.C., Mission., followed by the Brazil, Sao Paulo South mission.
He loved music, photography, shooting, and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Every family he served at Fausett Mortuary became a part of his heart. He worked at Fausett Mortuary in Price for 30 years, the last six as owner and operator. He was the Price Red Cross liaison, a member of the Nine Mile Players and a former member of Price Vocal Ensemble and a previous officer in the Price Elks Club. He attended BYU, CEU and graduated with a degree in Mortuary Science from Cyprus College in California.
Greg is survived by parents, Price; wife, Terri, Price; children (to whom he was a hero), Aaron (Sara Anne) Fausett, Billings, Mont.; Natalie (Clayton) Lofthouse, West Jordan; Heather Fausett, Price; Elder Jonathan Fausett, Argentina, Buenos Aires South mission; Sarah Fausett and Megan Fausett, Price; grandchildren, Caleb and Elisabeth. Brother and sisters, Steve (Louise) Fausett, Salem; Betty Jean (Garth) Guymon, Fruit Heights; Brad (Mindy) Fausett, Eagle Mountain; Sue (Mark) Larsen, St. George; Charlotte (Joshua) Frame, St. George; father and mother-in-law, John and Sonja Godbout, Mesa, Ariz.; special grandmother, Mildred Cox.; many nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles, Max Fausett, Bertha Sanders, Bill (Kathleen) Shaw, George Buckway, Grace (Bill) Morris, Archie (Ewana) McLaughlin, Bernard (Jean) Shaw, Theda Johnston. Also survived by a wonderful and gifted mortuary staff he loved and appreciated so much. Preceded in death by grandparents; and baby brother, Kevin.
Funeral services will be Monday, July 31, 1 p.m. at the Price LDS Stake Center, 150 S. 500 East. Viewing at Fausett Mortuary from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday and also from 11:30 to 12:45 p.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial, Price City cemetery under the direction of Fausett Mortuary. Louisa Salazar-Bueno
HELPER – Louisa Regina Salazar-Bueno, age 85, passed away July 24, 2006 in Helper.
She was born Nov. 10, 1920 in Alcalde, N.M., to Luis and Cleofas Lopez Salazar. Married Max Bueno October 1940 in Helper; he passed away on Feb. 16, 1973.
Louisa was a longtime resident of Helper where she was a member of St. Anthony’s Catholic Church.
She loved visiting with family and friends, especially when she was visiting and sharing her music at the senior citizens center.
Louisa was blessed with a big heart, and she received many special thanks and recognition for her dedication and concern of others.
She enjoyed cooking, bingo, embroidering, traveling with family, and going out to eat.
She is survived by children, Tina (Osmundo) Hererra, Nambe, N.M.; Dennis (Anita) Salazar, Price; Virginia (John) Solis, Helper; Maxine (Jesus) Zamarron, Albuquerque, N.M.; Max Bueno, Salt Lake City; Molly (Tomas) Solis, Price; Johnny (Mary) Bueno, Price; sister, Jerry Montoya, Alcalde, N.M.; sister-in-law, Maxine Salazar, Alcalde, N.M.; also survived by 21 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and special friend, Tino Gutierrez. Preceded in death by husband; son, Louie Bueno; brothers and sisters, Clorinda Garcia, Feliberto Lopez, Agrepina, Chacon, Mariaita Salazar, Floripe Salazar, Quirino Salazar, Felipe Salazar, Benny Salazar and Wilfred Salazar.

Lavell Wilson
LAWRENCE – Lavell “Red” Wilson beloved uncle, cousin and friend passed away July 25, 2006. Red was born Dec. 24, 1922 in Lawrence.
In 1965 he was married to Ellnamae Nielson in Las Vegas. Red and Ellnamae were married for 20 years and later divorced.
In his younger years Red broke horses, which was something he was very gifted at. He had a love for horses.
Red herded cattle for the Marsing Brothers. He left the Marsing brothers to work in the coal mines, which he did for 28 years at Hiawatha.
His love for farming never left his heart so he and his brother worked a farm aside from also working in the coal mines.
Red was youngest child preceded in death by two sisters, Lillian Wilson and Marry Christensen; and two brothers, Jessco and Ernest, all were raised in Lawrence.
Graveside services will be held in Lawrence Friday, July 28, at 11 a.m., under the direction of Fausett Mortuary.
