The couple will be married Jan. 21 at the Price 11th LDS Ward Church building.
Jacqie is a 2003 graduate of Carbon High and is employed by ChrisCare. Elam is a 2002 graduate of Emery High and is employed by Genwal.
The couple will make their home in Huntington.
