Wednesday morning a small shower passed over the Price area making the streets glossy and the sunrise spectacular. But there is danger in both the sunset and sunrises during this time of the year, because the sun is directly in line with the streets that run east and west in town, and drivers have a hard time seeing traffic lights, other traffic and particularly pedestrians. Both those in vehicles and those on foot should never assume that an oncoming car that is driving into the sun can see them.
