Jose Arriola and Anthony Parsons prepare breakfast for some of the over 100 people that attended a breakfast given for local armed service veterans of all wars. The breakfast, held at the Elks Club this year, is becoming an annual event. The event was part of the Price Blue Star Salute which featured a proclamation by the city about the significance of citizens who have served. The Blue Star Salute monicker comes from the blue star banners that hung in the windows in previous wars showing that family had someone in the service.
