Benjamin Taney
Kern and Conna Behling announce the wedding of their daughter, Mekette Mae Behling, to Benjamin Edward Taney. They will be married March 11 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. They will be honored at a reception that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Historic Taylorsville Assembly Hall, 1247 W. 4800 South, Salt Lake City. There will be an open house March 18 at the Museum of the San Rafael from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.
Parents of the groom are James and Connie Taney of Taylorsville. Grandparents of the bride are Joann Behling, Verda Minchey and Mark Minchey. Grandmother of the groom is Audrey Steadman of Taylorsville. Mekette graduated from Emery High in 1998 and completed Beaulerein Cosmetology School. She is working in Logan. Ben graduated from Taylorsville High in 1998 and served in the Canada-Toronto mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is attending Utah State University, majoring in aviation maintenance and management.
The couple will reside in Logan.

Jim and Kathleen Cooper announce the marriage of their daughter, Katie Cooper, to Jeremy Bruce Christensen, the son of Jan Christensen
The couple will be married March 11 in the St. George LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor the following evening at the Panguitch 3rd LDS Ward Chapel, 200 North 400 East. Dancing will follow the reception from 8 to 9 p.m.
Shonee Wright

Lance and Evelyn Wright announce the marriage of their daughter, Shonee Wright, to Aaron Smith, the son of Melvin and Debra Smith and the late Marina Smith.
The marriage will be solemnized March 12 in the Manti LDS Temple.
The couple will make their home in Price until summer, then move to Salt Lake to continue their schooling.
