Winterfest snowmen attract the attention of Anthony and Sage Behling at Pioneer Park on Saturday. Price city officials were initially concerned that there would not be enough snow for the specially planned event. But Mother Nature cooperated with the city’s plans, dropping a couple of inches of winter white stuff that was perfect for building snow figures and sledding down the hills in the park.
