William Campbell Sr.
PRICE – Devoted husband, father and grandfather, William H. Campbell Sr. age 80, died March 10, 2004 while surrounded by his loving family at Castleview Hospital.
Born July 15, 1923 in Shreve, Ohio to John Robert and Myrtle Blanche Diehl Campbell. Married Wanda Harrison Oct. 25, 1946 in Shreve, Ohio.
William service in the U.S. Marine Corp. during World War II in the South Pacific for four years. He enjoyed fishing, and was an avid golfer. He will be dearly missed by his family.
Survived by wife, Wanda H. Campbell, Price; daughter, Becky Campbell, Denver, Colo.; son, Bill (Renai) Campbell Jr., Price; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; numerous sisters, brothers-in-law; and nieces and nephews.
Family visitation will be Friday, March 12, 6 to 7 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home.
