Snow falls on CEU Eagles

Back-to-back contests went the way of the Badgers this weekend in Ephraim.
Conference foe Snow College defeated College of Eastern Utah 78-69 on Friday and 82-68 on Saturday.
Assistant coach Brady Trenkle said the games were available for the taking by either team and that Snow just made the neccessary drives in the final minutes.
“They put them in at the end of the game and we didn’t,” he stated.
CEU’s Michael Kirkpatrick forced the issue on Saturday, going five of five from three point range in the first quarter.
He finished the night with 17.
CEU drops to 7-7 in Scenic West Athletic Conference standings.
Snow College continues to lead the SWAC with a 10-4 record.
The Eagles and Lady Eagles host Dixie State this weekend on Friday and Saturday.
Dixie is currently ranked second in SWAC standings.
The womens games begins at 5:30 p.m. followed by the men at 7:30 p.m.
