The Utah Jazz bear and Santa wish local youth a happy holiday from a Price Fire Department truck. The pair visited Price as part of the Spencer’s Wishes Foundation and hosted the Bear Hugs party for needy children in the area. The foundation’s namesake, Spencer Roundy, was a poster child for the American Cancer Society during his six-year battle with brain and spinal cord cancer. He passed away in 2000 at the age of 10, but before his death he made a wish that he could help Santa deliver presents all over the world, a wish which is coming true locally through the foundation.
