College of Eastern Utah’s Lady Eagles continue their winning season with two more victories over the Lady Badgers of Snow College.
In the opening night of the home series, Cassie and Chelsey Warburton combined for nearly half of CEU’s 75 points.
Cassie had 21 points and Chelsey contributed 14 of her own.
The Lady Eagles won 75-63
In the second game, the Lady Eagles lead by more than 10 points for the majority of the matchup.
CEU and Snow played an aggressive game style, cancelling out each other’s press and deny defense with turnovers and steals.
Snow finished the night with 25 turnovers and 11 steals.
With four less turnovers and four more steals in the game, CEU was able to keep a gap between the two teams.
Both squads lost a key player to fouls in the second half and had several players in foul trouble.
Snow made a run at CEU in the early minutes of the second half, though, reducing the deficit to three.
CEU was able to quell the uprise, however, and return their lead to double digits.
The final score was 89-74.
Chelsey Warburton was the high scorer of the game with 20 points, Chelsey Jackson added 18 and Cassie Warburton had 13.
The wins make CEU 4-0 in Scenic West Athletic Conference play and 7-0 on the season.

CEU will host North Idaho College at the BDAC on Dec 5 and 6.
