Carbon High sophomore Carole Graff paints the window of Price Floral with an anti-drug message. Carbon Students Against Destructive Decisions organized the “Paint the Town Red” activity for National Red Ribbon week, a celebration of drug-free behavior. Many local businesses helped support the students by allowing their windows to be painted with anti-drug slogans. Red Ribbon Week is Oct. 27-31.
