United Mine Workers representative Mike Dalpiaz speaks to workers from the Coop Mine during a rally on Wednesday morning. A labor dispute on Monday concerning a miner and the subsequent walkout by some of the miners on all the companies shifts has resulted in a seemingly classic labor-management dispute. According to the miners they have all been let go from their employment at the mine. A corporate spokesman said on Wednesday afternoon that approximately 40 workers left on their own and have not returned.
