Located in Sunnyside, Miner’s Trading Post has been a family owned business since 1977, when Jim Leonard’s father, Don bought it from Price Trading company. Don moved to the county in 1951 and has worked continuously in the store for over 50 years. The Leonard’s children Brittnie and Ryan work at the store. It is the only store serving Sunnyside and East Carbon and offers conveniences for local residents, including video rentals.
