Price emergency personnel set up a gasoline powered fan to blow smoke out of the El Rancho Lounge after a fire started in a furnace motor under the structure on Wednesday afternoon. Due to construction on Carbonville Road and the fire, the road became congested at that point and police closed it to through traffic for a short while.
