Janelle Bruno was honored at the last Price city council meeting with the outstanding youth citizen award. Council member Betty Wheeler congratulates Bruno as mayor Joe Piccolo looks on. Bruno approached the city council several months ago and proposed the Dino Drive project and worked with the city to paint feet in front of the high school and rename the street in front of the school. Bruno is the vice president of the high school’s Renaissance club, and a member of several groups including the National Honor Society. Bruno is a dedicated student and was one of 50 Utah students selected to attend the governor’s honors academy, a prestigious summer camp program. Bruno was also a member of the Dino volleyball team, where she was named to the academic all-state volleyball team this past season.
