Full slate of musicians on tap at festival

Performing artists are scheduled to present their talents during the Helper Arts Festival beginning Friday evening at 6 p.m. with Rockin Country, followed by the Zulu Hitman. The performance is intended for listening and dancing which will begin at 8 p.m. and run until midnight.
