Kevin and Mary Ann Brown announce the marriage of their daughter, Sandra Brown, to Barry C. Burkinshaw, the son of Craig and Shirleen Burkinshaw.
The couple will be married June 11 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Carmelle Reception Center, located at 4075 South Highland Drive in Salt Lake City.


Maria Goldsmith


John Chiara

Patrick Goldsmith and Stephanie Richards of Hamilton, New Zealand, announce the marriage of their daughter, Maria Kinemoa Goldsmith, to John Spencer Chiara, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Keith Chiara of Helper.
The marriage with be solemnized June 8 in the Manti LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening at the LDS Institute annex building in Price. A hangi celebrating the marriage is planned the evening of June 7 at the home of Sam and Jennifer Chiara.
Maria and John will make their home in Provo, where they both attend Brigham Young University. Maria is pursuing a degree in social work/counseling. She served in the Florida-Jacksonville mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. John is obtaining a degree in economics and is preparing for medical school.


Amanda Harrison

Tom and April Harrison announce the marriage of their daughter, Amanda Harrison, to Jake Von Frandsen, the son of Jay and Lorraine Frandsen.
The couple will be married June 6 in the Manti LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor June 7 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the San Rafael Museum, 96 N. 100 East, Castle Dale.
Amanda graduated from Emery High School, received an associate’s degree from College of Eastern Utah and earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Utah State University. Jake graduated from Emery High School and received an associate’s degree from CEU. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Venezuela.
Amanda and Jake plan to make their home in Price.

Mr. and Mrs. Ron Hartley announce the marriage of their daughter, Sabrina Dawn Hartley, to Jake Russell Atwood, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Atwood.
Sabrina and Jake will be married June 8 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Atwood residence, 1320 W. 620 North, Price. An open house is planned June 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Bear Parkway Shelter in Evanston, Wyo. The shelter located at the Bear Ice Ponds.
The couple will reside in Salt Lake City, where they will attend the University of Utah.

Jim and Colleen Huffaker announce the marriage of their daughter, Megan Huffaker, to Jeffrey Baird Evans, the son of Baird and Alyson Evans.
The couple will be married June 8 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
A reception honoring the newlyweds will be presented that evening in Bountiful.
Megan graduated from Carbon High School and received a degree in accounting from Utah State University. Jeff graduated from Bountiful High School and served in the Brazil-Fortaleza mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He received a degree in finance from the University of Utah.


JaNae Jensen

Doyle and Kathy Jensen announce the marriage of their daughter, JaNae Jensen, to Johnathon Boe Minchey, the son of Lynn and Sherrie Minchey.
Boe and JaNae will be married June 8.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Elmo LDS Church, with a dance to follow.
The couple will reside in Elmo.

Michael and Arlene Kelley of Paonia, Colo., announce the marriage of their daughter, Kristi L. Kelley, to James J. “Joe” Brister, the son of Delia and Jim Brister of San Antonio, Texas.
They were married June 1 in Las Vegas, Nev.
Kristi graduated from Carbon High School and University of Arizona. Joe graduated from Southwest Texas State University and University of Phoenix.
The couple will reside in Tucson, Ariz., where Kristi is employed as an environmental engineer and Joe is employed as a technical services manager at Phelps Dodge Sierrita Mining Inc.

Heather Langston and Ben Orgill were married June 1 in the Denver LDS Temple in Colorado.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor June 8 at the Museum of the San Rafael in Castle Dale.
Heather is the daughter of Jay and Diane Langston of Littleton, Colo. Ben is the son of Brad and Nancy Orgill of Orangeville.
Heather graduated from Chatfield High School in Littleton and attended Colorado State University. She served in the Uruguay-Montevideo mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ben is a graduate of Emery High School and College of Eastern Utah.
The couple will make their home in Logan, where they are attending Utah State University.

Mr. and Mrs. John Tatton announce the marriage of their son, Jason Tatton, to Amy Lusk, the daughter of Bryan and Cheryl Lusk of Plano, Idaho.
Jason and Amy were married June 1.
An open house will be presented in the newlyweds honor June 8 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Westwood LDS Ward building, located at 175 North 1280 West in Price.
The couple will reside in Price, where Jason is employed at Swire-Coca-Cola and he will attend College of Eastern Utah.

Mr. and Mrs. David Mead announce the marriage of their daughter, Megan Mead, to Derek Ashby, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Ashby.
The couple will be married June 7 in the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Snowbird’s Cliff Lodge Resort in Little Cottonwood Canyon.
A second reception is planned June 8 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the John Cardon residence, located at 2079 West 890 North in Price.

Heidi Shanelle Smith and Jason Henrie have chosen June 7 to be married in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
A reception for family and friends will be presented in the newlyweds honor June 8 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Wellington LDS Stake Center.
The couple plan to make their home in Price, where Shanelle will attend classes at the College of Eastern Utah. Jason served in the Florida-Tampa mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and recently graduated from CEU.
Parents of the bride are Mr. Gary Smith of Price and Mr. and Mrs. David Smaldone of Springville. Parents of the groom are Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Henrie of Wellington.

Clea Winder and Randy and Annette Winder announce the marriage of their daughter, Arianne “Anna” Crystal Winder, to Matthew Wayne Thomas, the son of Ronald and Patricia Thomas.
They will be married June 8 at 5 p.m. at Carbon Country Club.
A reception honoring the newlyweds will follow the ceremony at 6 p.m.
The couple will reside in Price with their son, Jordan Thomas.
