Jordon Leonard

Bruce and Peggy Anderson announce the marriage of their daughter, Amanda V. Anderson, to Jordon J. Leonard, the son of Brenda Leonard and the late Paul Leonard.
They will be married May 18 in the Manti LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Museum of the San Rafael in Castle Dale.
Jordon graduated from Carbon High School and College of Eastern Utah. He also fulfilled a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Edmonton, Canada. Amanda graduated from Emery County High School and CEU.
The couple will live in Ogden, where they will pursue degrees from Weber State University.


Brittney Hardy

David and Cheryl Hardy announce the marriage of their daughter, Brittney Hardy, to Bryan Jay Gilson, the son of William and Ernestine Gilson.
The couple will be married May 18.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 4 to 6 p.m. in the ballroom at the College of Eastern Utah, located at 451 East 400 North in Price.


Jessica Huntington


Caleb Oviatt

Jessica Huntington and Caleb Oviatt have chosen to unite their lives in marriage May 17 at 3 p.m. at the senior citizens center in Ferron.
Their parents are Kollette and Mike Cologie, the late Lloyd Huntington and Sheldon and Gloria Oviatt.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the senior center, located at 190 North 300 West in Ferron.
Jessica and Caleb graduated from Emery County High School in 2001. Jessica has attended College of Eastern Utah and works for Emery Telcom. Caleb works at DBT American in Huntington.
The couple will live in Huntington until Jessica finishes school in December. They will then move to Colorado, where they both will attend college.


Kacie Larsen

Ricky and Debra Larsen announce the marriage of their daughter, Kacie Larsen, to Merrill Erickson, the son of Maylon Erickson and Leslie and Robert Hare of Delta.
They will be married May 18.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Neldon Sitterud residence in Orangeville.
Kacie graduated from Emery County High School and College of Eastern Utah’s cosmetology department. Merrill graduated from Delta High School and served in the Pennsylvania-Pittsburgh mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
The couple will make their home in St. George.
Kacie is the granddaughter of Neldon and Lola Sitterud and Delyle and Loretta Larsen.


Lindsay Lloyd


Zachary Humes

Gerald and Jeanette Lloyd announce the marriage of their daughter, Lindsay Lloyd, to Zac Humes, the son of Deanna Humes and Craig Humes.
They will be married May 18 in the Manti LDS Temple.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Price 4th/5th LDS Ward building, located at 545 East 400 North.
Zac served in the Mexico City-Mexico south mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He graduated from College of Eastern Utah.
The couple plan to continue their educations at Utah State University in the fall.

Craig and Debbie Lund announce the marriage of their daughter, Chrystal Lund, to Jacob Roy Thayn, the son of Marvin and Nita Thayn.
The couple will be married May 17.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Jay Lund residence, 173 N. 100 East, Redmond. In case of inclement weather, the reception with be at the Redmond church.
A local reception honoring the couple is also planned May 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Cleveland City Hall, located at 30 South 100 West.

Mr. and Mrs. Larry Prettyman announce the marriage of their daughter, Amanda Kay Prettyman, to Tyrell John Hester, the son of John and Barbara Hester.
They will be married May 17 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
A reception honor the newlyweds will be presented May 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Helper LDS Stake Center.


Chesney Riddle

Donald and Carol Riddle of Emery announce the marriage of their daughter, Chesney Dawne Riddle, to Juan Bernardo Galindo, the son of Jorge and Donna Galindo of Thompson.
They will be married May 18 at the Emery LDS Ward Church at 4:30 p.m.
A reception honoring the newlyweds will follow that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. in the church cultural hall.
Chesney is a 1999 graduate of Emery County High School. She graduated from Southern Utah University in 2002, with a degree in public relations and English literature. Juan is a 1995 graduate of Grand County High School. He is attending College of Eastern Utah and is employed by the Utah Department of Transportation at the Emery shed.
The couple will make their home in Emery.
