The Dinos soccer team has been showing improvements as the season goes by. Team work has been one of the biggest assests thus far in the season for the struggling team.

Although the Carbon High Dinos soccer team has yet to find themselves victorious this season, the team is showing improvements with each game.
The last match up for Carbon came against Grand County on March 27. The Dinos failed to walk away from the field with a win, but they did walk away victorious in terms of improvement.
The Dinos fell to the hands of the Red Devils by the final score of 5-2. This score is not bad considering the fact that the Dinos have struggled thus far in the season at scoring many goals. The two points alone proves that the Dinos have come far since beginning the season.
The team is young and virtually unexperienced in the sport of soccer. Team work has been a dominant force thus far for the Dinos. According to coach Ted Bianco all the players have done well and when asked what players stand out, Bianco simply replied, “it’s hard to say. They have all done a wonderful job. Their all out there learning as they go.”
Ball handling skills has also been a struggle for the Dinos. At the beginning of the season, the Dinos had a difficult time keeping control of the ball. As of recently, the team has learned to control the ball with ease.
The Dinos will return to action at home Wednesday. Because the Dino field is being reconstructed, the team will play at the college track. The Dinos will be hosting Delta at 3:30 p.m.
The Dinos will continue to improve, while home field advantage just may give the team the edge needed for victory.
