Carbon County’s first baby of 2003 born is Hayley Macquelle Sorrells, the daughter of Wellington residents Tanya and Ron Sorrells. The tiny bundle of joy weighed seven pounds three ounces and measured 19 inches long. Born Jan. 2 at 10:08 p.m. at Castleview Hospital, Hayley joins a 2-year-old brother, James.
