Local wrestler to be in All-Star Classic.
Cameron Dansie, who was the only member of the Carbon High School wrestling team to take a state individual title at the Utah State Championships last season, will be involved on Jan. 8 in a meet that ignored the nationally ranked wrestler in it’s inaugural show.
The 2002 All-Star Classic pits 5A and 4A school wrestlers against 1A, 2A and 3A wrestlers in an extravaganza that will be held at Utah Valley State College this year. Dansie will wrestle Wade Steed from Viewmont in the 130 lb. weight class at the meet.
