Helper’s Gigliotti Pond was again the site of the U.S. Forest Service’s annual Special Needs Fishing Day Thursday morning. The Forest Service, the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources and other contributors made sure that everyone had bait and tackle. There were enough USFS and DWR folks on hand to make sure that all participants got personal attention, including baiting hooks, casting from shore and cleaning the caught fish. After a few hours on the shore, everyone had lunch at tables under a canopy in the parking lot.
