Castleview Urgent Care

Castleview Urgent Care is located at 317 East 100 North in Price and will be completed and open to the public fall 2017. The Urgent care will offer medical care to our community with no referral or appointment necessary. The Urgent Care will have on-site Lab and X-Ray services available. Along with additional physician offices, Pinnacle Peak Pharmacy will be located adjacent to the Urgent Care with access to a drive through window to enable community members to pick up their prescriptions without leaving their vehicle. This facility will also house a physical therapy center, as an extension of the Castleview Wellness Center, all for the convenience of the community.
The Urgent Care center will not replace the patient’s primary care provider, but function as an extension of care whether the patient lives nearby or visiting the area. It’s not always easy to know where to go for health care, here are some tips when choosing whether you should see your primary care provider, Castleview Urgent Care, or if you should visit the Emergency Room.
Primary Care, this is your regular physician that you make appointments to visit when you are sick or need preventative care, some services provided by your primary care provider include; annual exams and screenings, immunizations, chronic disease, prenatal care, earaches, colds, fevers, and other non-urgent healthcare needs.
Choose Castleview Urgent Care for minor illnesses or injuries that require advanced care or at times when regular primary care physicians are not available. Reasons to visit Castleview Urgent Care; minor cuts, burns and wounds, severe cold and flu symptoms, persistent fever, upset stomachs, Muscle aches and pains, severe earaches, and other non-life threatening bur urgent needs.
Dial 911 or go immediately to the Emergency Room for: chest pain, severe shortness of breath, numbness in the face, arms and legs, other symptoms that may indicate a heart attack or stroke, severe bleeding, automobile or industrial accident, poisoning, complicated fractures, major illness, head injuries, suicide attempts or thoughts, and any other life-threating and urgent needs.
Castleview Urgent Care will host an open house to celebrate the grand opening. This will be open to the community and include a tour of the brand new state of the art facility, prizes and giveaways, as well as ribbon cutting with our local Chamber of Commerce. The Urgent Care will be open Monday – Friday 12 pm- 8 pm and Saturday – Sunday 9 am – 1 pm.
