TougHer raise $1,600 in Sweat for Vets competition

    Alida Farlano, owner of TougHer in Price just concluded with their annual “Sweat for Vets” competition held last Friday for Veterans Day.
    “Sweat for Vets” is a national fitness competition that raises money to donate to veteran charities in need. Over $1,600 was collected at the ToughHer competition last week.
    The compeittion consists of five events each lasting 60 seconds with a 60 second rest beteween each event.
    The events are TRX atomic pushups, box jumps, plank up downs, kettlebell thrusters and hanging leg raises.
    The contestants commented that if you haven’t done these exercises, come and down and find out how hard they really are.
