Helper City gained a new building last week courtesy of Wells Fargo Bank. The bank closed its Helper branch office on Main Street last year. The mayor and city council thanked bank representatives at last Thursday’s meeting. The city has no plans on what it will do with the building as of now, but the Main Street location and closeness to city hall could be advantages.
