A different sort of art show graced the entry of the USU Eastern Central Instructional Building last week. It was an exhibit of creative works by young Utah artists as a way of raising awareness of the meaning of mental illness.
The sponsoring group is called MOVE – Motivating Others through Voices of Experience. “Our goal is to stamp out the stigma of behavioral issues,” said Cheyenne Tillack, co-chair of Youth Move in Castle Country.
The organization does advocacy work for young people and is always looking for new members, she said.
