Rex Sacco of Carbon County has recevied the honor of Distinguished Cattleman by the Utah Cattlemen’s Association for his service in the agriculture industry. Sacco, currently the Director of Public Lands in Carbon County, has been in business with his brother for over 30 years in a ranching operation, and was previously president of the Eastern Utah Cattle Growers Association. “I am very humbled by this acknowledgement,” said Sacco. “I’ve been and continue to be an advocate for rural communities and have tried to support and defend those rights and our culture and lifestyle.”
