AURORA, Colo. – Ernalee Flaim Nelson, age 72, passed away Sept. 4, 2008.
Ernie fought multiple sclerosis with everything she had for over 30 years, but the disease finally won.
Born to Ernest and Thelma Flaim in Helper on June 13, 1936. She graduated from Carbon High in 1954 and Carbon College in 1956.
Ernie worked a year in Salt Lake City before marrying Kenneth Nelson in 1957.
After having two children, the family moved to Denver, Colo., in 1962.
She is survived by her husband; her mother, Thelma Saccomanno; son, Brad; daughter, Kathy (Martin), grandson, Alex Nelson; and granddaughter, Jessica Martin.
She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother and grandmother.
