Taking only four divers to the Bear River meet the Carbon dive team still managed to show well. The team was short handed as all other divers have already qualified for the state championships. Nathan Hepworth was the teams top diver placing sixth.
“Nathan is getting a lot better each week and showed a lot of good form and talent at this meet,” said Coach Stew Foster.
Foster stressed the strength of his young talent stating that Kaleb Kulow, Dwight Denny and Kenny Hobbs will all be very strong next year.
The teams next competition will be the region meet in Park City on Jan. 26 where Carbon will be competing with a full eight diver roster.
