Jeff and Julie Failor and Robin and Farster Belgard announce the marriage of their daughter, Amanda Dawn Failor, to Levi Joseph Howell, the son of Brent and Patricia Howell.
The couple will be married Aug. 16 at the Carbon Country Club.
A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Dancing will follow.
