Commissioner Mike Milovich hears a proposal from John Houston on Tuesday night. Houston’s company is in the process of establishing property near the airport for construction of a housing development project. The project has cleared its water problem and now must convince the planning and zoning board that the project will not be too close to the airport to impede future expansion of what Milovich defined as the second largest airstrip in Utah. Houston’s company will tour the property with the committee later this month.
