Price city firefighters works to retard a planned burn that got out of control in Westwood. Price firefighters responded to the residential area in order to control the fire. Carbon-Emery fire warden Rudy Sandoval would like to make sure citizens exercise extreme caution when conducting burns. He advised that conditions are extremely dry and dangerous this year.
