Price Police Officer Tracy Allred records information at the scene of an accident at the intersection of 100 North and Price River Drive on Dec. 4. According to local police, Jessica Penrod reportedly ran a red light while traveling westbound on 100 North hitting a southbound Dodge truck operated by Bayle Finkbiner and spinning into a GMC truck driven by Keith Key of Price. Penrod was cited at the scene for running the traffic control light and was transported to Castleview Hospital for treatment of minor injuries, according to Price Police Sgt. Bill Barnes.
