Micro burst winds blew over a trailer, tore down branches and tore roofing off houses, the post office and a church in Elmo on Monday afternoon. First reports by witnesses said the event was a tornado, but the weather service has not classified it as such. The weather on Monday was rought in a lot of places, but the rain that came to some parts of eastern Utah was much needed.
