Kathy Smith along with her husband, Dave Smith, are owners of Lazy S Storage Units located on Highway 10, south of Kilfoyle Krafts. They refer to the location of their business by the huge log entryway.
They have been in business now for more than four years. Dave is the designer and construction manager of the facility. Kathy handles the day-to-day operations including cleaning of the grounds, cleaning of all unit interiors, handling rental agreements, accounts payables and receivables along with marketing.
Kathy has been associated with small businesses in the local area most of her working life and understands the dedication and hard work it takes to make small businesses profitable.
“We pride ourselves on good customer service and work very hard at meeting the consumer’s needs,” commented Kathy. “We offer a full range of sizes including storage for ATV’s, boats, commercial and household. In addition, we have outside storage for larger vehicles.”
