The trailer end of a semi-truck sits perched on an embankment near mile marker 189 on U.S. Highway 6. A semi-truck heading east on U.S. Highway 6 allegedly failed to stop at a temporary light that had been placed on the highway. The light was being used by the Utah Department of Transportation to direct one-way traffic around bridge construction approximately one mile east of the crash. Motorists involved in the accident reported that the truck collied with stopped vehicles at full speed, as the driver lost control and tipped his vehicle off the right side of the road. The truck driver was taken via ambulance to Castelview Hospital. All other motorists involved in the crash were uninjured.
