The June 27 election is a Democratic Party primary race for the two candidates running for the county recorder’s office. But all local registered voters can cast ballots in the open primary election. Early voting will close at the courthouse in Price on Friday at 5 p.m. Polls will open at 7 a.m. and will close at 8 p.m. next Tuesday
