Workers inspect a fifth-wheeler prior to loading the demolished vehicle onto a trailer. The camper trailer caught fire in Price Canyon last Thursday. The Utah Highway Patrol reported that the flames apparently ignited near the wheels of the trailer and spread through the rest of the vehicle. UHP troopers indicated that, at first, the driver of the truck pulling the trailer eastbound on U.S. Highway 6 was purportedly unaware of the problem until being flagged down by another motorist. Firefighters responded from Helper with two trucks to battle the flame. The highway was temporarily shut down at the scene until the flames engulfing trailer could be extinguished. The trailer is considered a total loss.
