Kayla Namanny
Kayla Namanny is a junior this year, playing at the post position. She is also a member of the soccer team. Her interests include curling, water skiing, knee boarding and other water sports. She hopes to attend the U of U after high school. Her favorite class is sports medicine. Namanny looks to teammate Karlee Martino as her role model.
Tamarisk Harwood
Junior Tamarisk Harwood is a guard on the Carbon High squad. She is also on the softball team. She is fascinated by water polo and loves to hang out with her friends. She thinks she will probably attend college after high school and figures it may be the U of U. Harwood has a younger brother. When asked who she looked up to she answered Chelsa Roberts.
Whitney Williams
Junior Whitney Williams plays guard gor the Dinos. After basketball she starts right into softball season. She likes knitting, crocheting and extreme TV watching. Her goal is to play softball at the collegiate level. Her college choices include anywhere but BYU. Williams has two brothers and a sister. When asked who she looks up to she said her parents and then added Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.
Ericka Potts
Junior Ericka plays at the post position for Carbon High. Softball and volleyball are her other sports she participates in. She hopes to attend either BYU or U of U and play on their softball team. Her favorite activity this year is being a teaching aide. Her large family includes three sisters a brother and a sister-in-law as well as a brother-in-law. Potts looks up to her parents as well as her grandparents.
Megan Garvin
Junior guard Megan Garvin is a starter on this year’s squad. She is also involved in volleyball and softball. For fun she tries her hand at soccer, dance and tennis. While attending college is in her plans, she has no vision yet where that may be. She has a sister and three brothers in her family. Her dad is the person she looks up to.
