The hot weather can be brutal for those that work outside, sometimes worse than the winter cold. However many people don’t take the heat as seriously as the cold and tend to ignore its effects. Anyone who works outside should always wear a hat to keep down skin damage and drink plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration.
